Nutritionist Sheffield - What to expect On your first visit to my Nutritionist practice in Sheffield my consultation will last 1 hour. I will take a detailed history which includes your present and past medical history, previous investigations and current medicines/ health supplements. It is really helpful if you can keep a 7 day food diary prior to the visit.
I look beyond your presenting symptoms as I feel it is vital to get to the route cause of any health concern to be able to treat it successfully . Based on your unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional and environmental factors, I can draw up a plan of action for you.
The number of follow up visits( half an hour) depends on your particular health problems and rate of progress. On average I see each client for 3-4 visits.
