Janis Hough is the founder of Train Your Brain the mission of the company is to 'maximise your gain' by training your brain to enable you to achieve all that you can be. With a belief that change does not have to be painful or take a long time.

Janis is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer and a TFT (Thought Field Therapy) Diagnostic Practitioner and Trainer. She has trained with Richard Bandler co-creator of NLP, John La Valle and Dr Roger Callahan creator of TFT and continually updates her skills. Janis is licensed by the SNLP and ATFT.

NLP is a powerful change management tool that transforms the way people think and act to have the greatest impact both professionally and personally. That's why NLP is one of the most powerful skills used in business management, sales, sports coaching and all forms of personal development.
