I am an experienced Alexander Technique teacher with a private practice located in Brixton, South London. I receive clients from the surrounding areas of Stockwell, Streatham Hill and Camberwell. I've taught at Arts Ed Drama School and on Alexander teachers' training course (the Alexander Technique Studio, London). My background is architecture, horse riding, martial arts & dance. I am interested in the interaction between muscular- skeletal habit and the way one thinks and feels.

Who Can Benefit?
Using the Alexander Technique can help resolve or relieve a wide range of problems, such as postural and muscular pain, breathing and stress. It can improve your well being and performance in your professional as well as daily life.

Costs
A one-to-one teaching session usually lasts around 40 minutes and costs £30.00. Concessions are available, depending on personal circumstances and frequency of lessons. Please contact me for further details regarding this.

Practice Location
I teach from Monday to Saturday between 08.30 am - 20:00. There are different timetables for different days.

My Alexander Technique practice is approximately 10 minutes walk from Brixton Tube. There are numerous buses on Effra Road and Brixton Hill. I am also within close proxmity Herne Hill (SE24). Please use the map at the foot of the page for more details.

My Qualifications
I have completed a 3 years full-time training course and post graduate training.

I am a member of STAT (Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique), bound by the Society's Code of Professional Conduct and hold a professional indemnity insurance.
