I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist practising in Crouch End and Harley Street where I support clients from all over London to improve health and wellbeing. My approach is tailored to suit the individual needs of each client to help them achieve their goals and to provide knowledge and tools that will support a healthy way of eating that is sustainable long after the sessions finish.

What to expect
If you are thinking of seeing a nutritional therapist you have probably already acknowledged that diet has a direct impact on your health and wellbeing, but you may have concerns or unanswered questions about how nutritional therapy works and if its right for you:
  • Will I have to eat foods I don’t like?
  • Will I have to stop eating my favourite foods?
  • Will it work for me?
Let me reassure you, changes do not have to be extreme even just a few small dietary modifications can deliver a benefit. Occasionally some foods may need to be restricted or reduced, but complete avoidance is rarely necessary.
  • I will work with you to ensure your healthy food choices can fit with your lifestyle.
  • I can offer support between consultations
  • I can create shopping lists, food planners and other tools to help you stay on track
About me
My role includes detective, teacher, negotiator and counsellor I am there to:
  • Explore and uncover underlying issues via a detailed medical history
  • Inform you about how your diet is affecting your health and advise which foods help or hinder
  • Support you and work with you to negotiate a programme that is affordable, realistic and sustainable
  • Listen to your needs and deliver a programme to support you to and make changes at a pace that’s right for you
I have a first class degree in Nutritional Therapy and am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and am registered with the regulatory bodies the Nutritional Therapy Council and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. As such I operate within a strict code of practice designed to ensure the highest standards of practice and patient safety.

What does a consultation involve?
Before your first consultation you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and diet diary.

First consultation (1.5hrs)

  • Discussion about your health and specific goals using the questionnaire and diet diary as a base
  • Nutritional assessment and outline of underlying health situation
  • Preliminary dietary and lifestyle recommendations
Follow up consultations (1 hr)
  • Review the initial advice, progress and any new goals and adjust the plan accordingly
  • More detailed dietary and lifestyle recommendations
  • Discussion of tests, supplements and additional support tools as appropriate
The number of consultations you may need depends on your particular set of circumstances and can be discussed prior to you booking your first appointment.

Mon – Friday 9.00 – 6.00 (weekend and evening appointments by arrangement)
