I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist located in Bath, Somerset. I typically see my clients from the surrounding areas of Bristol, Shapton Mallett, Frome, Trowbridge, Radstock and Glastonbury. My solution focused approach to therapy incorporates some NLP and cognitive behavioural techniques. Hypnosis is utilised in every session to help you remove the subconscious blocks which have been holding you back and support your own commitment when making the changes you desire. You are helped to understand how your mind works and how your subconscious and conscious thinking styles influence your experience of life.
