What To Expect
Because we are all unique, we believe in creating a treatment that is as individual as you are.  We understand that sometimes you might feel like pure relaxation, and other times you might want a deeper treatment to target specific aches & pains. 

Before each session your practitioner will check what you would like to gain from the massage, and then choose the perfect combination of techniques to achieve the ultimate state of muscular suppleness, relaxation and well-being.

Our beautiful therapy room is based in the historic Royal Arsenal development in Woolwich.  The room is kept wonderfully warm for your comfort during treatments and features exposed brickwork and wooden beams, topped off with great smelling aromatherapy oils and relaxing music, it is the perfect environment to let your cares drift away...



About Me
Growing up by the beach in New Zealand has given Clare a natural love of the outdoors and enthusiasm for an active and healthy lifestyle.  Clare became inspired to learn the healing art of massage after experiencing it during her travels through India and Nepal.

Clare works intuitively and her unique skill is to tailor each treatment to the individual by using a combination of techniques to create a relaxing yet therapeutic massage that will leave the client feeling revitalised.

Clare is State Registered Dietitian and a member of the British Dietetic Association and Health Professionals Council.  As a massage therapist, Clare is a member of EMBODY and The Complimentary Therapists Association (CThA).  Her team of friendly and professional practitioners are fully insured and trained to the highest standards within their area of expertise.

HOME VISITS
Home visits available to Greenwich, Dockland & Canary Wharf, Blackheath, Plumstead, Abbey Wood, Thamesmead, Woolwich and Central London.  Please enquire about other areas (some postcodes will require an additional call out charge).

Massage:
A minimum of 2 hours treatment time is required for massage home visits. Appointment time can be shared with a friend, family member or partner e.g. one of you can have a 90 minute massage and one of you a 30 minute massage to a total of 2 hours.

Cancellation:
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required, otherwise the full treatment cost will be charged.

Late Policy:
Session times listed are for the actual length of the massage, with a reasonable amount of additional time to get changed etc.  Clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full fee and the appointment will end at the allocated time.  The best use of the remaining time will be applied.


Opening Hours / Available Days
Appointments are available seven days a week from 8am until 8pm, by prior appointment. 

Checking availability:
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for bookings. We regret we are not able to take same day bookings.

Payments:
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.  Payment can be made via credit/debit card or using your PayPal account.  Take me to Online Payments.  We regret we cannot accept cash/cheque/card payments on the day.
