Indian Head Massage
The head, neck and shoulders are important energy centres within your body. If you are feeling stressed or angry, tension can build up. Tension can present itself in many ways, stiff neck and shoulders, eye strain, headaches, even hair loss!! Indian Head Massage involves working with a firm and gentle rhythm, covering the back, shoulders, neck, scalp and the face. The effects however, are not just physical: it works on an emotional level too, calming the spirit, promoting relaxation and relieving stress. I defy anyone to walk away from an Indian Massage and not feel in a more relaxed frame of mind after just one soothing treatment - Duration 30-45 mins.
Acupressure Chair Massage or Seated Acupressure
The ‘Executive Massage’; designed and tailor made to banish tight neck and shoulders from too much stress! 20 minutes of powerful invigorating massage targeting all those tight and aching muscles. Calms the nervous system enabling you to think clearly and leaves you alert, yet relaxed ! We work on your hips, back, shoulders, arms, neck and scalp, without removing any clothing and without any oils in an ergonomically designed chair. Book a party of people for an evening or at work in your office - Duration : 20 minutes.
Stress Massage
A luxurious deep tissue massage of the back. A full hour of specific muscle manipulation aimed to relieve aches and pains and the seriously stressed. Ideal for sports and fitness enthusiasts too. This treatment can be adapted to half hour sessions too - Duration: 1 hour or half hour.
Swedish Body Massage
A wonderful relaxing, yet energising full body massage aimed at relieving stress and tension and certain to improve your “feel good”
factor - Duration: 1 hour.
Aromatherapy Massage
Stimulate your senses with a tailor made aromatherapy massage, with oils individually blended to suit your needs. Extremely beneficial for your immune system and extremely relaxing. Guaranteed to relieve stress and tension. If not - I will give you your money back ! - Duration: 90 mins -2 hours
Aromatherapy Facial
Cleanse, tones and moisturises the skin, following an essential oil massage blended to suit your skin type - Duration: 30 mins.
Reiki
This gentle non invasive treatment uses energy to heal. Reiki can relieve pain, boost the immune system and relieve acute problems with regular treatments. This is believed becuase physical manifestations of pain are often linked to emotional and mental states. This treament can induce feelings of deep relaxation and well being and can boost your energy levels. A treatment can leave you feeling as if you have had hours of satisfying sleep. A treatment is usually performed on a couch or a chair without having to remove any clothing. Duration: 30-45 minutes.

Do you have an event or celebration coming up? hen night, birthday, engagement, anniversary, girls night in or just fancy a get together with some friends?
Imagine getting a group of your best friends together for an evening, with some nibbles, and a bottle of wine to chat, eat, drink and be pampered. You’ll even benefit by looking and feeling great the next day too!
Well what happens at our Pamper Parties I hear you ask?
You and your guest choose your treatments first, we will then organise a treatment schedule for you, and we’ll
bring all our own equipment, including music so you needn’t worry about a thing. And that’s it, you can then just
relax back with your friends and have an indulgent pampering evening!
How does it work?
Each guest receives two treatments, and you can choose from two packages: two 15 minute holistic treatments or make it last 30 mins or 15 minute beauty and 15 minute holistic.
We will organise it all, including your treatment schedules, so all the stress is taken out of it and you can just sit
back relax and enjoy your party. Total treatment time is 30 minutes each. If your booking is for 8 people or more
then the hostess will receive all her treatments FREE OF CHARGE! (and we will even throw in a complimentary
bottle of bubbly too).
