What to expect from a session
Treatments are done on a massage table, the level of undress is determined by you and your comfort levels, towels are draped on the body at all times and only the area worked on is uncovered at any one time. The treatment is designed uniquely for your specific requirements.

Sessions run for 30 min, 60 min or 90 min and 120 min for the ultimate in relaxation. The number of sessions required would depend very much on the level of tension present and the period of time in which the tension has been building. A free consultation is done at the beginning of the treatment, with feedback at the end and suggestions for further treatments.
