How many treatments will I need?

Osteopathy is patient centered, which means treatment is geared to you as an individual. For some acute pain, one to two treatments may be all that is required. Long term chronic conditions may need ongoing maintenance for example a treatment every three to six months - similar to a car M.O.T!

On average, three to six treatments are usually required; these start at weekly intervals, building to fortnightly and finally monthly sessions as your symptoms improve.

It is impossible for us to know the particulars of individual medical insurance polices, therefore we suggest that you check with your insurance company before booking an appointment with us.

REMEMBER every person and injury is different; therefore, your osteopath will recommend the correct self-help for YOUR specific needs.
