I am Sandra Schmool, Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Central London my client base has been built up from the surrounding areas of Lane End, Hemel Hempstead and Marlow. Counselling and psychotherapy can assist with many issues that life may present. I see clients that come to me for a variety of reasons. Sometimes people may feel that life is becoming difficult to understand and navigate, they may feel discontented, be having difficulties with relationships or suffering from a past wound that they are having problems healing. How can I help?
Sometimes life can seem too difficult to understand let alone navigate through!

Maybe your relationship(s) are not going well, perhaps you feel a discontent somewhere deep inside yet can't quite understand it or you may have a wound from the past that isn't healing.

Psychotherapy can assist in these and many other issues life can present us.  Respecting both mind and spirit, Transpersonal psychotherapy bridges the gap between the mind and heart, helping create a feeling of being more whole, more in touch with our needs and desires. When we know our needs we are more equipped to live a happy, content life.

In order to grow we must be willing to make changes in our life, often we feel alone and without direction, psychotherapy is a safe place to explore the different options life presents with someone who is willing to walk the path with you, in order to discover your own truth.


How long does therapy last?
Each client is unique, it is therefore difficult to say how many sessions will be required.

Some people have a specific issue they wish to address, while others are interested in looking at all corners of their life to find a deeper understanding of who they are, either way, a time limit is never set, the client decides when they are ready to leave therapy.

 

What to expect
The first session would consist of taking background history and working on a treatment plan to suit the client.

My fees are £40 in High Wycombe and £50 in London, and I offer parking in High Wycombe.
