Healing Therapies
Reiki is a truly simple and powerfully effective hands-on method of healing for relaxation, stress release, restoring vitality and even pain relief.

It is not necessary to remove any clothes. All that is needed is to lie on a comfortable massage table, close one's eyes and receive healing as your Reiki practitioner moves his/her hands over your body. Most clients enter a very deep state of rexation and some even go to sleep.

Afterwards the client is offered pure water to drink, and time to adjust before leaving.

Reflexology has an ancient history and this gentle pressure technique can be applied to feet or to hands. Many physical ailments can be alleviated with this therapy and it is a valuable method of removing toxins.
