I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. I typically see my clients from the surrounding areas of Aylesbury, Berkhamstead, Welwyn Garden City and Dunstable.

Whilst I help a wide range of issues and problems I have a particular interest and speciality helping with Sexual abuse, Domestic violence, Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Relationship Problems, Bereavement, Low self esteem, Relationship problems.

Through working within GP surgeries over the past 6years I have had the opportunity to work with a vast number of people bring many different issues and problems. I have also recently co-ordinated a group of young mums aged 13-25 through various issues they have or are facing. I specialise in working with:

Bereavement.

I aim to offer a tailormade session to suit your needs drawing on various therapeutic skills and tools.

About me
I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2004 and am also BACP accredited. I have continued my professional developement by attending various workshops and day schools to enhance my knowledge.

I aim to offer a safe, non jugemental place for clients to share their issues with me in complete confidence where they will feel comfortable and accepted.

I am happy to visit clients in their own home or they are welcome to attend sessions in my home

Cost of sessions and availability
Initial assessment session is £30 and lasts for 50 minutes giving us the opportunity to meet discuss the problems you are facing and to get to know each other.

If we feel we can both work together we then go on to have further sessions depending on the problems you may have this can range from 6 sessions (brief) to open ended sessions. sessions are £40 per session. For most clients a session would be weekly although some clients may only need fortnightly sessions depending on the individual. For couple counselling sessions are £55 per sessions and last for 90 minutes.
