Colonic Hydrotherapy - A fresh start Colonic Hydrotherapy, or Colonic Irrigation as it is sometimes called, is increasing in popularity within the field of Complementary Medicine.
Colonic Hydrotherapy is a method of gently infusing purified warm water into the body to dislodge and eliminate stored waste matter and toxins from the colon. In some cases waste matter sits in the colon for months or even years. This can increase the workload of the liver as well as being a contributory factor in many disease states.
In theory, we are what we eat, absorb, digest and eliminate. Many experienced doctors have said in the past that a healthy colon is essential for general good health.
“As long as we continue to assume that the colon will take care of itself, just that long will we remain in complete ignorance of perhaps the most important source of ill health in the whole body”.
The Treatment
Your first visit will involve taking a case history and receive an explanation of the treatment procedure and its benefits. No special measures are needed prior to your first treatment, although more rapid results can be achieved if you follow a healthy eating plan after your first colonic treatment.
Whether you want to optimise your functional health, cleanse and detoxify your body or address specific problems such as constipation, IBS, bloating, abdominal discomfort, headaches, PCOS, or address other functional imbalances, colonic hydrotherapy is a good place to start.
Treatment Prices
The appointment time is one hour, of which the colonic treatment itself takes 30-45 minutes. The treatment cost is £80.
Combined Colonic Hydrotherapy with Nutrition treatment takes 90 minutes and cost £120. Combined Colonic Hydrotherapy with e-lybra Bio resonance treatment takes 2 hours and costs £160.

Nutritional Therapy
Food is central to several aspects of our life; physical, psychological and emotional. Our food choices are a source of nourishment to every cell, bone and organ in our body. There are many reasons why food becomes a source of distress rather than pleasure.
Ros has had two years clinical experience working in dietary management of patients with Cancer, Crohn’s and Parkinson’s disease. In addition she has worked with many patients suffering from food intolerances.
Intolerance of foods and food additives can impose enormous pressures on sufferers. For some people the reaction to individual foods, or food combinations, results in identifiable symptoms e.g. irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nasal congestion, eczema or asthma. For others, the lack of visible symptoms may not be taken seriously by observers causing, frustration and psychological stress.
The ultimate aim in managing and living with food sensitivity is the detection and elimination of the specific antagonistic foods, and the formation of a nutritionally sound diet for optimal health. Regaining wellness more than justifies the time and efforts involved in resolving food sensitivities.
Treatment PricesThe appointment time is one hour for first appointments, costing £80. Follow-up treatments can be 30 minutes costing £40, or 60 minutes costing £80.
Combined Nutrition with Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment takes 90 minutes and cost £120. Combined Nutrition with e-lybra Bio resonance treatment takes 2 hours and costs £160.
