Areas of Speciality
Anxiety and confidence are two areas that I see many clients for on a regular basis. Discovering and resolving negative issues alongside helping reprogramme the body and mind into easily responding to the relaxation response are just a few of the valuable techniques my clients experience to help them make empowering changes in their lives.

I also specialise in helping sports people, musicians, and business people improve their performance whether they are giving an office presentation or performing in an international stadium or concert hall.

My personal experience has allowed me to put together a unique programme that can help any performer in any discipline reach their true potential.

I have found, that in my experience, the combination I use of hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT offer  a package of techniques that not only help my clients relieve their presenting issues in a relatively short time frame but also give them the opportunity to take tools and techniques with them that will help them continually enhance their lives in the future.


About me
I studied with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and am a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. The techniques I use derive from a constant search to find the best possible ways to help my clients make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

I have been working professionally in this field for over twenty years and my experience has allowed me to develop tailored approaches that are flexible enough to give clients the opportunity to make really powerful changes in their lives. My aim is not just to help  relieve the presenting symptoms but to offer the tools that will  help them move their lives forward in even more positive ways. Attending seminars and workshops led by such names as Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and Tom Silver has shown me how Hypnosis and NLP can help so many people achieve remarkable changes in a minimum time frame.


My Package & Prices
Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9.30 – 7pm) and  Saturday a.m.
Fees are £50 per session and £80 for Stop Smoking (one session)

9 Newton Place is close to the centre of Glasgow and you will be seen in a comfortable and confidential environment.
