About me

I qualified from the London School of Sports Massage with a BTEC Professional Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage.
I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
As well as gaining experience in private practice I have also worked at many events including London Marathon and London Triathlon.
I was also the GB Age Group Team Masseur for the World Long Distance Triathlon Championships in both 2007 and 2008.
I am a competitive triathlete, cyclist, and, marathon runner. I competed in my first triathlon in 1996 and have since completed 4 Ironman distance triathlons, 9 marathons, as well as many other races. I am also a keen hiker and in the past have been active in football, canoeing, and fencing.

Areas of speciality

As an experienced triathlete and marathon runner I specialise in treating triathletes, cyclists, swimmers, and, runners. I have also succesfully treated rugby players, footballers, cricketers, racquet sport players, competitive sailors and rowers, amongst many other sports men and women.
I have also treated many non-sports related muscoskeletal problems including neck problems, back ache, and, joint problems.

My Packages and Prices

Initial Consultation – this includes taking a medical history, learning a bit more about your background (sporting/lifesytle), any problems or injuries that you may have, an assessment to look at muscle and joint function, discussing a treatment plan based upon my findings, and your first treatment. This will last approx 1 hour. £40
Further treatments are 45 minutes long. After a brief chat with the client to assess their needs a treatment will take place concentrating on those areas needing attention. £30.
