About Me
I qualified from the London School of Sports Massage with a BTEC Professional Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage.
I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
As well as gaining experience in private practice I have also worked at many events including London Marathon and London Triathlon.

I was also the GB Age Group Team Masseur for the World Long Distance Triathlon Championships in both 2007 and 2008.
I am a competitive triathlete, cyclist, and, marathon runner. I competed in my first triathlon in 1996 and have since completed 4 Ironman distance triathlons, 9 marathons, as well as many other races. I am also a keen hiker and in the past have been active in football, canoeing, and fencing.

I am based at Spirohealth, Putney, SW15 and Battersea and Wandsworth Chiropractors.

My Packages and Prices
At your first session I will take a medical history, learn a bit more about your background (sporting/lifesytle), any problems or injuries that you may have, an assessment to look at muscle and joint function, discussing a treatment plan based upon my findings, and then work on the areas needing the therapy.

Further treatment I will have a brief chat with the client to assess their needs a treatment will take place concentrating on those areas needing attention.

All sessions are an hour long and cost £50.
