About Me
I am a qualified physiotherapist and specialised in Paediatrics in 1996, having undertaken further specialist training. I have been based in Harley Street since 2001 and now have satellite clinics in Notting Hill and Wimbledon. Children are also seen at home, in schools and nursery.

Every child has a bespoke programme to follow at home that is designed to fit in with their current daily social, school and family life.

My goal is to prevent future problems, or deformities, proving treatment from newborn for positional problems through growing pains to high achieving sports children.  This is through hands on treatment and providing advice for maintenance and prevention in the future.

I have practiced in the NHS as an Extended Scope Practitioner within Fracture clinic and within hospitals and clinics within the private sector.

What to Expect
All sessions are 1:1. Initial assessment is to perform a whole body review or “MOT” as often the presenting problem initiates from elsewhere.  Identification of the correct area will result in quicker more effective resolution of the problem rather than treatment of symptoms.

This is where a Specialist Paediatric treatment will help where physio may not have in the past.

An individual programme is set up to be done at home.  I am aware of time constraints at home therefore the programme often can be done along side day to day activities thus reducing the need to find “special exercise time” and making adherence more likely and thus resolution of the presenting problem.  I also required will speak to schools/ sports coaches and liaise regarding return to activities and full training and competitions.

Often only a few appointments are required and then I give a maintenance programme and trigger points to watch for regarding any future re-occurrence.  Thus, hopefully preventing any future issues.
