I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist (BSc Hons Psychological Sciences, Doctor of Clinical Psychology) who is based centrally in the city of London. I specialise in working with common mental health problems such as:

I also have a special interest in working with psychological difficulties in the context of physical health conditions such HIV, Diabetes, Stroke, Heart disease, Cancer, and Chronic Pain. I work with individuals and couples across the life span. Additionally, I am able to work holistically and incorporate Spirituality/Religious concepts into the work for individuals from faith backgrounds.


What to Expect
I tailor my approach to suit the individual and work using evidence based models and approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.


About Me
I am a BPS and HPC accredited psychologist with over five years of NHS experience working psychologically with individuals, couples and groups across England. I have also work in private practise. It is my goal to facilitate the reduction of psychological distress and pain that people are experiencing. I also aim to empower my clients so that the healing process continues after therapy has finished.


My Packages & Prices
My prices are on a sliding scale and on average cost £40-60, first session free when two are booked. Low cost sessions are available for students and those on lower incomes. First session is free when two are booked, please contact me for more details.


Opening Hours / Available Days
I am available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday morning to 2pm.
