What to Expect

Most problems can be dealt with in a single session. The process starts with your initial enquiry, during which you are free to ask any questions you may have about hypnosis and your particular problem without obligation. I will then ask you some brief questions and explain how I would approach your particular issue with hypnotherapy.

When you book an appointment you will be sent a preparation pack consisting of some preparation instructions, a brief questionnaire and a CD. The preparation pack will vary depending on the problem you are seeking help for and will prepare you comfortably for your session.

About Me
I am a qualified registered, clinical hypnotherapist with over 17 years of professional experience, validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council My methods enjoy a consistently high success rate and an excellent reputation. Sessions usually last between one and two hours and the benefits are immediate.
