About MeInitially training in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis with Tom Mackay, I then went on to further study with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH). I have undertaken additional specific training in smoking cessation, stress management, meditation teaching and have trained in the Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing. I continue to develop my knowledge and expertise through various courses and workshops
