Individual Therapy / Counselling

I see individual clients who wish to work through a wide variety of issues. I aim to give clients the opportunity to reflect on the issues and difficulties they face in their lives, in the hope of arriving at a better understanding of themselves. I offer a range of short term and long term therapy options to individuals as is appropriates to the individuals needs. I offer a range of short term and long term therapy options to couples as is right to the couples needs. I see couple that may be experiencing an extreme breakdown in their relationship, to couples that may just wish to work through a particular problem or issue in their ongoing relationship.
