About Counselling
In counselling sessions, whilst using an integrated approach, I specialise in working with the inner child in us all.  This is the part  of us that is often anxious, frightened, angry, confused, depressed etc because it feels misunderstood, or worse abandoned, by the 'grown up' we have become.  We are thus not being true to ourselves and the child inside us knows this and feels bad or sad.

By getting in contact with our inner self we can create a more harmonious outer self.
I have found, after many years working as a counsellor, that any problems come down to lack of personal awareness and lack of self esteem.

By working with the inner child in us we can address this and feel whole and complete and create the life and relationships that we truly deserve.

These issues can also successfully be dealt with by hypnotherapy and energy healing, as they are all part of the holistic process.

You can expect compassion, non judgement, unconditional positive regard and empathy.

You can expect to be valued and treated as a unique human being who already has the answers inside them - my job is to help you find them You can expect confidentially, of course.


About Me
I use a blend of Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Holistic Health

I have worked as a Counsellor/ therapist for over twelve years.  I am one of a team of tutors working with the PHTA at Regency College London. I am a tutor as well as healer with the NFSH Healing Trust.  
I live with my husband of 34 years, have two adult sons, and love to write, sing and act in my spare time.


Prices & Availability
I charge £35 per hour at present and Counselling sessions are booked, after the initial first session, in blocks of 6.
Hypnotherapy is usually three sessions, but varies depending on what is required.
Healing (both Reiki and NFSH Energy healing) is usually an hour, and can be as often or not as you choose.

I do not work on Fridays, or weekends and will see clients up to a last appointment time of 5.30pm.  I can see clients  from 8am if required.

Many of the clients I have have been recommended to me by previous clients, so I feel that I must be getting something right!

It takes courage to admit that something is wrong in your life, it takes even more courage to find a counsellor to talk it through and make it right.  Once you walk through the door on your first session you have shown that you have what it takes to be whole again.  I will walk the journey alongside  you, until you can go on alone.
