What is Nutritional
Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a healthcare system that aims to identify the underlying cause of symptoms, thereby correcting any imbalance and restoring optimum health.
I may achieve this by balancing dietary intake of nutrients, reducing toxic load, encouraging the elimination of waste matter and toxins from the body.
Any symptoms felt by the patient are the reactions of the body trying to overcome its illness.
Nutritional therapy seeks to assist the body not suppress it.
Nutritional therapy will treat the whole person rather than just a disease so all treatment is specific to the individual according to there symptoms and needs.
Nutritional
Therapy
The food we eat affects our thoughts, behavior, mood and temper. It alters our hormones, skin, blood and body fat. It provides the building blocks for our body chemistry.
