I am a Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Holistic Therapist and NLP practitioner holding the following qualifications:

What to Expect
Our first session is an opportunity for me to better understand your issue and for you to get to know me and ask any questions you have. An important factor in success of any therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client and so the first session is designed so that you feel comfortable and relaxed and it is for me to find out more about you and what you want to achieve.

At the end of our first session we will agree how to proceed and I will give you an indication of the number of sessions I would suggest in order that you get the most benefits from your chosen therapy.  As a guideline most hypnotherapy clients need between 4 and 6 sessions and some phobias can be cured in as little as 2 or 3 sessions. Standard sessions last for around an hour. Smoking Cessation therapy is successful in one longer session of 90 minutes. Most clients have regular sessions either weekly or fortnightly. Holistic Therapies are offered at a range of appointment lengths to suit your individual needs.
