Newlife Hypnotherapy Sevenoaks Kent
Newlife offers a number of complimentary therapies ranging from Hypnotherapy to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as Neuro Linguistic Programming for performance enhancement. Whilst a whole range of emotional problems are addressed, particular areas of expertise are Eating Disorders, ME and confidence and anxiety issues. A friendly and confidential therapy which gently guides clients to becoming well. I work in offices in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Edenbridge and typically draw my clients from these and other surronding areas such as Oxted and East Grinstead.

What to Expect
At our initial free consultation session which will last approximately half an hour we will decide what will work best for you. Following this you will probably attend anything from 1-10 weekly sessions depending on what issues we are tackling. A suggested guide to length of treatment is in the box below.

Specialities
I have a particular interest in Eating Disorders and ME and provide a mixture of Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to deal with these problems. However, I also have interesting treatments for general anxiety states and confidence/performance issues where NLP is also introduced as an effective therapy.
 

Opening Days/Times
As I work out of three clinics it is best to call or email me. However, I always aim to provide flexible opening hours which include evenings and weekend time in addition to daytime appointments.
