  • Regulate your Blood Sugar
  • Support your Thyroid, Adrenals and Liver
  • Improve your general level of health

What To Expect
The first appointment is always a double session (1 1/2 hours) during which I find out as much as I can about you and your health history in order to best plan your treatment, answer any questions and allow you to talk about your concerns and stresses. Following appointments are around 45 minutes and focus on what has happened over the month, looking at areas of improvement and anything we still need to target. I generally need to see clients every 4 weeks, unless their condition is very severe.

Most people find the sessions relaxing and enjoyable, feeling unburdened and comforted afterwards. You don’t need to tell me anything embarrassing or painful, I can prescribe the right remedy on whatever information you feel happy sharing with me. Everything said during a session is strictly confidential and I am bound by the Society of Homeopaths' code of ethics and principles.

Remedies are easy to take, taste pleasantly sweet and can be used alongside traditional medicine or other alternative therapies without any adverse interaction. I can give nutritional advice if you would like it and will always suggest changes if I feel they would really improve your condition. With dietary changes I always recommend that you go slowly and change one or two things at a time. I can support you by suggesting recipes and ways to incorporate new foods into your old diet so it isn't a shock.

What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is based on a very ancient system of healing that works in a very similar way to other well-known therapies like acupuncture and reiki. The main action of homeopathy is to stimulate the body to heal itself. When we are unwell it is generally because something has become unbalanced and needs correcting, a well-chosen homeopathic remedy sends a signal the body needs to correct itself and restore balance again.

We tend to become ill when we are eating food that doesn't suit our body, not getting enough sleep, finding life stressful or working too hard. All of which can happen simply through daily life. The best approach is to use homeopathy to raise your immune system and relieve stress, eat as well as you can and make time to talk over your problems with someone impartial who really knows how to listen - as a homeopath is trained to do.

Naomi Devlin
I grew up at Monkton Wyld Court in Dorset and used homeopathy from a very young age. After a short career as a costume designer and then children's wear designer I decided to go back to my roots and train as a homeopath. I trained in London at one of the oldest homeopathic schools, The College of Homeopathy (now the Centre for Homeopathic Education). I run a successful website on diet and nutrition, focusing on gluten free food. I wish that everyone enjoyed their job as much as I do - taking care of my clients and helping to make a difference makes being a homeopath a very satisfying career.
