Morecambe Bay Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic provides comprehensive assessment and treatment to clients with neuromusculo-skeletal conditions. It offers an exemplary standard of physiotherapy treatment to all clients, working with them to achieve their goals.  Morecambe Bay Physiotherapy will liase closely with other relevant professionals involved in your care to ensure that the outcome of treatment is the best it can be.

Practice Profile

Highfield Cottage is one of the oldest properties in Morecambe. It is hidden away behind the promenade, and was until a few months ago derelict and shabby. After substantial renovation works the first floor has been transformed into a spacious physiotherapy practice with two large treatment rooms, a gym area and waiting room. 

There are a range of modern facilities available to clients including combination  interferential and ultrasound machines, trophic stimulators and a traction bed. Rehabilitation equipment such as swiss balls, wall bars, weights, fast foot ladders, wobble cushions, VooDoo board, trampette and medicine balls are all used  in exercise programs to allow clients to return to full function following injury.
 

Equipment such as McKenzie lumbar rolls, swiss balls,  wobble cushions, sit fits and wedges are available to purchase at the clinic. Please call or visit the clinic during the above times for further information.
         
Fees are payable at the time of treatment by cheque or cash. I do not have facilities for credit cards.  if you are unable to attend an appointment, your physiotherapist  requires 24 hours notice. 

Clients are subject to a  50% charge for any appointments not attended  without 24 hours notice.
