I am a Qualified holistic therapist. My practice is based in Prestwich, Manchester and I draw my clients from the surrounding areas of Whitefield, Radcliffe, Salford, Swinton & Bury. I trained at South Trafford college in 2007. My aim is to relax and de stress my clients, enabling them to become more healthy and more able to cope with the daily stresses of life. I am qualified in Aromatherapy, Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, and reiki. I rent a room at Prestwich pharmacy two days a week and I do corporate massage for the employees of KPMG in Manchester.

My areas of speciality are swedish body massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian head massage.

You can expect a consultation prior to every treatment, a professional service and a description of what is involved in your treatment and information about the holistic therapy treatment. You will also be given after care advice for after your treatment.
For the massage treatments these are carried out whilst you are lying on the massage table.At all times your modesty will be

maintained towels.

In relation to the Indian head massage this treatment will be carried out whilst the client sitting in an upright position.
Swedish body massage is an invirgorating yet relaxing deep tissue massage. Firm but soothing.
Aromatherapy massage is a soothing and relaxing massage, combined with the beneficial effect of essential oils from plants
Reflexology is a relaxing form of foot massage. Based on the idea that the reflex points on the feet relate to point on the body, body systems organs etc. The therapist uses her fingers and thumbs to massage and manipulate these points which in turn encourages the bodys own healing mechanism to work and releases any blockages in those systems to allow energy to flow easier around the body.

Indian head is a relaxing treatment which is invigorating, stimulating and creates a feeling of balance and focus.
Reiki is a hands on energy treatment. It is a japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation while promoting self healing. Reiki works on the mental, spiritual and physical to create wellbeing.

During the treatment the practitioner's hands are placed lightly on or over the body, focussing on the client's chakras or energy pointsOur energy points often become blocked through stress or illness, which effects our body's natural flow of energy. reiki aligns are energy systems, therefore creating more energy and vitality. It allows you to experianceotal relaxation when you are stressed, pressured or unwell.It can help relieve pain and speed up the healing process of physical problems such as injuries and operations.

Avaliable days friday 9am - 5pm and saturdays 9-1.30 at Prestwich Pharmacy.
Packages £20 for half hour treatments and £40 for 1 hour treatments. Reikk treatments cost £20 for 45 mins
