My practice is based in Chorleywood and I see clients from the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire such as Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe. I trained at the College of Osteopaths and obtained the D.O. (Diploma in Osteopathy) in 1998. I took numerous Sutherland Courses over 6 years, as well as courses on biodynamics (further cranial training) over the last 5 years.

About me
I trained at the College of Osteopaths and obtained the D.O.(Diploma in Osteopathy) in 1998. Over the last 6 years I took numerous Sutherland courses, as well as courses on biodynamics (further cranial training). I worked at the Tyringham Naturopathic Clinic for 2 years and I have been teaching at the College of Osteopaths for the past 4 years. I am also registered with the General Osteopathic Council and am a member of the British Osteopathic Association. I advocate CPD strongly, continuing professional development, and regularly attend courses to update my skills and keep abreast of new developments in the world of Osteopathy.

What can I expect from a visit to an osteopath?
When visiting me for the first time I will firstly take a full case history, including details of your present ailment, medial history and general health. I may need you to remove items of outer clothing to perform a more thorough examination. The examination will require you to carry out a series of movements in order to determine the problem areas. The results of the assessment along with lifestyle factors will allow a full assessment to be made and consequently the development of a treatment plan. Treatment begins on the first visit and I will advise how to avoid further injury.

An initial consultation costs: £50
Follow up treatments are: £45
