Most people feel gently relaxed and sleepy when in hypnosis, but under no circumstances will you be unconscious or fall asleep. It is possible to open your eyes at any time should you wish to, you have complete control over your own actions. Hypnotic suggstions can help to make the desired changes in your life as it works on a deeper emotional level, where it is easier to internalise new ideas and act upon them.
About My TherapyI combine Hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which will address negative beliefs and associations, replacing them with alternative more positive and helpful beliefs and ways of thinking in order to make desired changes.
About MeI am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Counsellor, working in private practice with experience of supporting clients with stress, anxiety, fears, depression, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger issues, panic attacks, alcohol dependancy, habit reversals and other problems of an emotional nature. I have a special interest in building confidence in and empowering my clients to overcome their problems effectively and to be the best they can be.
