Reiki healing and TeachingI offer Reiki therapy and Reiki training in my school that is conveniently located on the Suffolk, Essex Cambridgeshire border. The School is situated in the small town of Clare and is in easy reach of Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Colchester New market and Sudbury. Reiki is a method of healing that transfer’s energy from the practitioner to the patient. Reiki is gentle and non invasive and it has an impressive record of success. It was subject to a ten year study which is documented in the Energy healing Experiments by Gary E Schwartz.
About Reiki Therapy Reiki is a wonderful Japanese form of healing brought to the west in the 20th Century. It has been growing in popularity since that time. The knowledge and practice of Reiki has passed from one person to another ever since.
Reiki is a practice of healing the body through the transference of energy from the Reiki practitioner to the person. The word Reiki translates to Rei meaning universal and ki life force energy. The energy passed from the practitioner to the client has proven benefits and is a powerful, yet very gentle form of healing. The client may feel the energy as it passes to them but not necessarily. A Reiki treatment can be a very comforting experience and the person will be asked to lie on a couch and relax whilst the healing takes place. The healing is always given with clothes on and is a hands on experience although it can be given hands off. A treatment will last about an hour and it is advisable to have at least one treatment once a week for a number of weeks depending on the condition being treated.
