I have a MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, and I have trained in Family and Organisational Systems, as well as Gestalt based Couples Counselling. A bit about my Therapy

In brief Psychosynthesis is a model of Psychotherapy that works with the integration of body, mind, and soul. It looks to alleviate problems both at the level of the personality through insight into what is causing issues to arise both personally and in relationships with others, and it holds the perspective that in our search for higher values to be expressed in our lives, such as purpose and meaning, that we hit up against difficulties that we can need some help in resolving.


The systemic focus complements this work in that its focus is on our place in a system, family or workplace, and how we are affected by largely unconscious forces within that system.


As well as some long-term in-depth work, I have also been an associate of one of the UK’s leading EAP (Employee Assistance Provider) for 10 years, so I have a lot of experience in short-term solution focused coaching.

My fee is £60 per hour and my practice address is, 3 Great Cumberland Mews, London W1H 7DZ, nearest tube, Marble Arch.
