WHAT TO EXPECT
In the first free session we identify the specific areas you wish to change, plan a programme of action and build in success measurements so you can tell that you are changing very quickly. I suggest real-life fieldwork between sessions to increase your progress.
Sessions are weekly with fieldwork and e-mail contact in between when needed.
I use Hypnotherapy,NLP and EFT to make the changes to your thinking, feelings and behaviour from the inside. Willpower is not required. This is very different from counselling which focuses on talking about what’s wrong-this focuses on creating what’s right for you.

I work by telephone and e-mail wherever you are in the world or you can choose to book me Face to Face .
Based just outside Southampton, clients find me easily from Dorset, Hampshire, East Wiltshire. The M3 M27 A35 are accessible. Current clients come from Poole, Wimborne, Romsey, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Lyndhurst and the New Forest, Hythe, Andover.
My hours are from 9-5.15 Mondays to Fridays.
