What to Expect
 A usual session lasts about 11/2 hours.  The number of sessions needed is different for each client and is dependent on several factors including the type of issue we are working on.  Some phobias can be cured in one session.
 

About Therapy
I use Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and some NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques.  By using hypnosis to regress it is possible to get to the bottom of a problem and eliminate it for good.  Hypnosis is a very pleasant experience, leaving you with a relaxed sense of peace and well being.
 

My Packages
My Weight Management Programme is a four session therapy, a different session every three weeks covering different aspects of relationships with food and weight.  This can then be continued at home by the client using the CDs I record during each session. Stopping Smoking is one session with a CD to listen to at home for two weeks.  Most people give up after just one session.  Just in case you need a back-up I offer a free session within a three month period should you feel the need.
 

Appointments
Evening and weekend appointments are available in addition to usual working hours.  Just give me a call.
 

About Me
I am a hypnotherapist based in Edenthorpe, Doncaster, drawing clients from the surrounding areas of Barnsley, Wombwell, Thorne and Rossington.  I truely believe that we are all entitled to live happy and fulfilled lives.  I use hypnotherapy, EFT and some NLP techniques to enable clients to change their lives for the better.
