About Me
Lindy Fox came from a business background into the healing arena through overcoming her own health challenges.
This positive personal experience is backed up by full training and Diplomas in Complementary Health regimes such as Health & Nutrition, Life Coaching and NLP, Reiki and Crystal Healing. She is a Reiki healing Master and teaches Zen Meditation.
This combination enables Lindy to assist the client on a physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual level (and has done for the last 12 years).
So whether you are suffering with physical pain, relationship challenges or self healing, she can assist you to be the best you can be!

BIOGRAPHY - Lindy Fox M.O.C. , RFTR
As a survivor of cancer, I have been on the receiving end of many complementary therapies and I can honestly say that the therapies I have tried and now use in my own clinic are the most effective I have found.
With over 12 years of experience, I can offer a holistic package of therapies to help heal mind, body and spirit. Each client is given a tailor-made combination of therapies, unique to their needs, and are treated in my Garden Therapy Room, a tranquil base located in the garden of my home, close to St Albans.
For specific physical ailments, I have techniques such as Indian Head Massage, Body Massage, Detoxification and advice on Health & Nutrition. I can also offer Energetic healing such as Reiki, Crystal Healing and Quantum Touch. Under the banner of Lifestyle, I offer counselling in the form of Life Coaching, NLP and have a positive, proven method of eradicating Fears and Phobias both new and long term. I teach Zen Meditation and regularly run a popular ladies Relaxation and Meditation evening.
After a treatment, my clients leave feeling refreshed and lighter after their “pick me up” and are ready to face the world again. I believe I can positively assist in regaining or maintaining your most valuable asset – a Healthy Mind and Body. That is my passion! Together we can “make the difference” you are seeking.
