The existential approach to therapy has a philosophical basis; it is an approach that tries to avoid preconceptions and prejudice in favour of attempting to understand & describe the individual and unique world of the client.
Indeed, it is an approach that does not necessarily try to facilitate change - though change often occurs - but rather works towards helping you come to terms with life and all its contradictions. The existential approach eschews a formalised technique of therapy, preferring to focus on one that is open and questioning of your individual circumstance.

I am registered with both the main professional bodies: UKCP and BACP and attend regular supervision. I abide by both the UKCP and BACP Code of Ethics, which includes complete confidentiality.
