Karen Brewster Doherty consults at one of her three practices in Mayfair , Canary Wharf & Brighton & Hove . All are managed by the company, she co founded , Reframe Counselling.

By enlisting a psychodynamic framework for individuals and couples alongside CBT for psycho sexual work , Karen and her colleagues have developed a strong interest in relationships and their impact on personal and business life.

To go with the diverse and international character of Karens clients, tailor made groups of sessions are suggested , from brief 6-8 week courses to more ongoing treatments, as well as condensed intensive programs intended to target a specific issue.

We offer an initial consultation to provide an opportunity to discuss your current issues and decide if therapy is the right route for you. If it is decided to proceed with us, appointments will be made accordingly. If not, we will endeavour to furnish you with referrals where applicable. We offer sessions between 7am – 9pm during the week and a limited number of sessions at the weekend.
