I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and NLP practitioner (DipNLPt) my practice is based in Frome, near Bath, Somerset. I tailor my approach to suit each client and specialise in Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy which is a short term, solution focused approached to therapy.

My goal for my clients is not only to help them overcome their problems but also to give them tools and techniques which will enable the benefits of our sessions to continue long after our sessions are complete. I have experience in the NHS and private practice, am an accredited member of NLPtCA and will be UKCP registered from October 2010.

What To Expect From Your Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Our first session is an opportunity for me to better understand your issue and for you to get to know me and ask any questions you have. An important factor in success of any therapy is the relationship between counsellor and client and so the first session is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed and it is for me to find out more about you and what you want to achieve.

At the end of our first session we will agree how to proceed and if so I will give you an indication of the number of sessions I would suggest. As a guideline most clients need between 10 and 15 sessions and some phobias can be cured in as little as 2 or 3 sessions. Most clients have regular sessions of one or two hours.

About Me
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist (DipNLPt) and a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP. I am a member of the Neuro Linguistic Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (NLPtCA) and work to their standards and code of ethics. I am currently working towards accreditation and registration with the UKCP.

My fees are £60 per hour. A limited number of discounted places are available to those on low incomes, please contact me for details.
