Our Philisophy:
Whilst agreeing with the ancient Roman saying: ‘A healthy mind in a healthy body’ we perceive the body and mind as one system rather than two separate and split organizations. In this hectic world, we often face difficulties that disturb a smooth flow within this system and this gives rise to the need for professional support that helps restore the system back to its smooth running.

Therapies:
We offer a number of therapies to help clients with their psychological issues. Short term therapies techniques via Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy aim to describe, formulate and explore choices for the client’s difficulties. If the client wishes to explore things in more depth then psychoanalytic, existential-phenomenological approaches can be used enabling a longer term therapy process.
