Our Philisophy:
Whilst agreeing with the ancient Roman saying: ‘A healthy mind in a healthy body’ we perceive the body and mind as one system rather than two separate and split organizations. In this hectic world, we often face difficulties that disturb a smooth flow within this system and this gives rise to the need for professional support that helps restore the system back to its smooth running.


Therapies:
We offer a number of therapies to help clients with their psychological issues. Short term therapies techniques via Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy aim to describe, formulate and explore choices for the client’s difficulties. If the client wishes to explore things in more depth then psychoanalytic, existential-phenomenological approaches can be used enabling a longer term therapy process. The following is a list of the short term and long term therapies we provide (see our website for a full description):

- Existential-phenomenological psychotherapy
- Psychodynamic psychotherapy


Our Fees:
In the first stage of therapy a client comes in for an assessment which consists of a semi-structured interview. An initial formulation of the main issues is made and an individualised programme is developed with the client.

Assessments last 90 minutes and cost: £70.00
Psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost between £50.00 - £75.00
Payment takes place at the beginning of each session and both cash and cheques are accepted
