About Me
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist t, and hold a number of qualifications including an MA in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I offer face to face and also telephone counselling.

I am also a drugs counsellor at a local drugs centre.

I have counselled people who have experienced a range of issues, including bereavement, abuse as children, depression, anxiety, anger management, sexuality issues, alcohol, drug and addictions and other issues as well. I have recived feedback from clients that they appreciate coming into a safe space, where they will not be judged, condemned, or told what to do, and they have felt really listened to understand perhaps for the first time in their lives. Such clients have also told me how they have began to feel better about themselves, and are able to make constructive changes to their lives.
