How I Can Counselling & Psychotherapy Help?

People consider counselling and psychotherapy for themselves, their partners, their family or friends for a variety of reasons.  Most of my clients come to see me when they are experiencing times of depression, unhappiness and meaninglessness.

I have particular experience helping individuals and couple clients with the following -

About Me
I worked within the NHS and Local Authorities as a Mental Health Social Worker for over 20 years.  In 2004 I completed an MSc at the University of Surrey, and my training in Psychotherapy was underpinned by Person Centred Practices and Principles.

I retired early from Social Work to develop an Independent Counselling and Psychotherapy practice in the Horsham and Crawley areas. I retain good links with my former colleagues and have received a variety of referrals including clients suffering from depression.  My core speciality over time has been in the area of depression, though all other presenting problems can be considered.

Therapy Sessions / 50 minute session             £30.00
