I graduated in 2005 to diploma standard as a sports therapist and personal trainer, since graduating I have built my own business and gained a vast amount of experience within the industry.

Let me explain a few facts about sports therapy, it is mostly about preventing injury. Sports therapy and personal training go hand in glove with each other as we exercise we cause injury to our muscles. The muscle fibres become entangled and we create hypertonivity areas ( knotted fibres ). This prevents our muscles and skeletal system from having flexability and an overall better range of movement .

All of the above is affected by our occupations and daily routine tasks.

All of the above will enable you to return to your sport/hobbie or work at a more advanced rate.

If you are interested in personal training, each programme is designed for the individual’s requirements. Weight management and Nutritional package included.
