Alexander Technique Lessons

Individual lessons can be given Monday - Fridays 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 8 am to 6 pm. Lessons normally last 40 minutes and cost £35.00. An individual lesson with one of our teachers will give you the best introduction to the Technique and help you decide if a course of lessons would benefit you.

Alexander Technique Lessons at home

We offer home visits to private clients in Pimlico and neighbouring areas. We can also give individual lessons in the workplace. Please note that we would need a carpeted area of 10" x 8" in a quiet room. Lessons normally last 40 minutes and cost £70.00.

We are four professional teachers of the Alexander Technique who have a wide range of teaching experience.

We have all completed the required three years’ full-time training, are members of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT ) and adhere to a published code of ethical and professional standards.
