With fifteen years experience of working with any kind of personal or relationship difficulty that is causing worry or distress, I offer a confidential, safe and supportive place to talk and try and understand these difficulties and to finding a way to work through them.
I have a specialist interest in how our emotions can affect our physical health and wellbeing and from a psychoanalytical base I use an integrative approach to apply appropriate therapeutic techniques appropriate for each client.
As a health practitioner and life coach I take an holistic, inclusive approach to offer a personalised programme for optimum health and wellbeing. This may include resolution of addictive or repeating patterns of behaviour, nutritional therapy, massage and body treatments as well as looking forward in order to enable you to achieve your best life.
I like to meet with a new client for an initial session in which you can talk about what brings you, whether we feel we can work together and how we can make sense of what’s going on and how best to bring about significant and lasting change. This may be for a period of six weeks with a review at the end of that time or for a longer period where there may be deeper issues you feel you would like to look into.
