How long and how much does it cost to have a first treatment with you , Jill? Telephone for more info, on 01531 634679 or email.
It takes a little longer than 2hours usually for an allergy test treatment, it costs £30 per hour for treatments generally so 2 hours = £60, unless additional sessions are pre-booked in any form , in advance, and in addition - the more you book the better the value for you ( blocked bookings- these can sometimes be for a whole family to share).
So booking and paying for more than two full hours sessions can create an instant discount, plus the cost of any supplements, which you may need, and these vary in size and price ,from about £8 a jar, upwards, per item and very poorly people generally need one or two supplements. It makes a massive difference to any treatment, if the body is receiving its best and most needed nourishment. I can allergy test and you will see clearly what is needed. Good suppliments make all treatment work better for all of us.
If you hate the idea of supplements, you can choose what you want to do, even when it hinders the treatment or slows it down.
Its you who has to make the final decision. You hold the purse strings and manage your time schedule.
Other treatments if booked alone and specifically cost just the £30 with a discount if blocked, as above. And take about 1 Hour though I regularly give much, much more than an hour ,if time allows, and if you need it. I can't bare to see people leave me when they re still in any pain or discomfort and it is rare that they do.
If you are really struggling financially for any reason , I would prefer to know, and then I can offer an appropriate consessionary rate for you. I do this regularly so don’t be embarrassed. Poorer people often need more help.
Can I pay by credit card?
I don’ t have credit card or payment card facilities , sorry, but I don't mind cheques, if it is easier for you, and if you have a bank card to sign the back with account details, I have had problems in the past, and cannot afford to work with these problems, sorry.
How much follow up help and support can I expect?
You will receive lots of handouts to take home and study ,especially after an allergy test session, to help you remember all the facts we will cover, and you may call me onwards to ask any questions, or if you need further support. It is also advisable to book in for a months time , or earlier if you wish, to check how you are going, or add some Reflexology or Indian Head Massage on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
I’ m also happy to give lots and lots of support by email or phone ANY time, if I’ m available , if not I will call you back as soon as I am free to do so
I may even ring you to check out how you are. If that’s ok with you.
Regarding Indian Head Massage and Reflexology it is very advisable to begin with a course of at least 6 weeks treatment. Often stressful symptoms you arrived with will cease within the first few weeks,but it is most benificial to continue as long as possible to ensure stress relief lasts, and to top up regularly , it makes an excellent pick up at tricky periods in your life and a nice gift to yourself.
Can I pass on your name and card/ brochure / information?
Yes please .
Does it hurt at all? One of the reasons I work in this field of work, is that I dislike invasive treatments. There are those who say that Reflexology can have an ‘exquisite’ type of pain to it. It can sort of hurt in an odd sort of gentle way, and as the pain disappears you feel better. But you can have a really gentle treatment with me all the time if you prefer that. This can particularly help with emotional problems or for extremely vulnerable or fragile people.
How will I feel?
Any Pain is generally eased instantly. ( sometimes I will do a little quick hand reflexology to help this and I would say that 9 times out of 10 pain relief is instant ) If you want to learn more about this I run regular workshops on the subject. Its my favourite thing to do. It is so inspiring!!!
Ask anyone who has been here, they all say they feel relaxed, happy and at ease after my treatments. I keep testimonial lists , ask and you can have one.
You may get sleepy. But generally you’ ll feel more balanced and should sleep better at bedtime.
Availability
I prefer it if people can book, especially for kinesiology.
I also work from my home in Ledbury , Herefordshire. Appointments here can be even more flexible. So give me a ring anytime and I can usually fit anyone in , no need to wait for appointments as a rule.
I can also offer mobile treatments , either in your home, if necessary, or if I'm travelling your way, or if you can cover my travel expenses, anywhere as I have my own mobile motorhome to work from and I travel extensively.
Attractive spiritual additions
I also offer Faery Readings. I practiced and learnt with commercial cards for many years and eventually realised I had my own ,far more powerful and flexible version so I set about producing a new personal pack which can be constantly replace and added to.
With each reading now you take one card home to keep and this is brilliant for meditation purposes. These readings are quite magical and seem to be getting more powerful as time goes by. Indeed all of my work seems to be gaining immensely in its power, which I suppose is inevitable really.
I now also offer Rune Readings , with Special leather thonged wooden Runes to purchase, if any particular Rune seems important after a reading as a Talisman Tool . Symbols are very powerful, you know, and can assist your power of attraction. Helping you to attract abundance and power into your life !

Fan healing
I use fans in my work, I don't actually charge for Feather fan healing, I just use it alongside other work . It is quite remarkable. Do come and see me and you re sure to see what I mean.
I make Shamanic hand made feather fans from sacred pheasant and wild bird feathers and other sacred materials including Irish driftwood. These are magical and powerful for smudging and wafting the auric field. Pain can be moved on simply with just the use of these fans, which can be purchased from me.
TOPNOTS
Just a last word about Topnots and my Fluffy fairy jewellery.
I m also a passionate artist and I make hats and dressy garlands.
Topnots have an aspect of health. They are brilliant for people who suffer with hair loss, as they are so soft and comfortable and funky, but other people can wear them as well.
I m a passionate artist and my latest mania is to make hats and dressy garlands. This is because I am also passionate about embroidery, all things beautiful and light and recycling fabrics !

Let me know if you like it... Or what!!!! Even these things have an aspect of health. The hats in particular ( TOPNOTS) are brilliant for ladies who have had chemo and don't want to wear a wig! As they are so soft and comfortable and funky.
One final word for therapists...
For years I have run groups for local therapists who need support and swop sessions to help them care for themselves. This is a vital activity. New and old therapists are most welcome to contact me .. I can usually spare time and energy when needed and can assist with CPD and swop days.
