About Helen:
Helen Patten is a Chartered Physiotherapist working in Brighton and Hove with extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and soft tissue injuries. She has worked in Brighton for 9 years and has close links with local orthopaedic surgeons, having worked in the Sussex shoulder clinic.
She also has post-graduate qualification and is a full member of the Manipulation Association of Chartered physiotherapists, which involves a rigorous training programme and examination. She also practices acupuncture for pain relief.
Helen is practicing in various locations in Brighton and Hove and can direct patients to the most convenient location for them. Most recently she is practising from a Therapy rooms near Seven Dials, near to Brighton Station and local bus routes.

Shoulder Pain – Sports injury, Instability and impingement rehabilitation
Low Back Pain – Acute & chronic focusing on posture, manipulation, specific exercise & core strength 'Pilates' based rehabilitation
Neck Pain & Nerve Restriction – Particularly ergonomic dysfunction and whiplash injuries
Knee Injuries – Sports Injuries and pain relief of degenerative conditions
Soft tissue injuries- Such as sports related ankle injuries,tennis elbow and muscle strains
Timings/ Pricings:
All Physiotherapy and Acupuncture sessions are for 45 minutes providing adequate time for thorough treatment and are charged at £40.00. Helen is registered with all main insurance companies and evening and weekend appointments may be available.
