My name is Helen Mia Harris & I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, based in Sevenoaks in Kent. For over 20 years I have helped people to develop their capacity to resolve emotional, personal & relationship issues such as trauma, love loss, pet loss depression, anxiety, addictions, loss & separation, jealousy & betrayal, obsession, grief & bereavement, eating disorders & suicidal thoughts. My name is Helen Mia Harris and I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. For over 20 years I have helped people to develop their capacity to resolve emotional, personal and relationship issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, loss and separation, jealousy and betrayal, obsession, grief and bereavement, eating disorders and suicidal thoughts.

My approach to therapy is one that emphasises the importance for each individual to find their own meaning, values and

inspiration in life. My perspective is we all have much potential as human beings for creativity, loving relationships and ultimately developing a meaningful and harmonious existence.

I have found that people seek therapy or counselling often because of a deep sense of unhappiness, meaninglessness and depression. I also practice Creative writing as a therapeutic art.
