About Me
As a Home Economist, caterer and teacher of Food Technology diet has always been an integral part of my career. Over the years I have become increasingly interested in the powerful role that food can play in improving health and wellbeing , an interest that lead me to the study on Nutritional Therapy to degree level. Dietary change can be tremendously powerful in the treatment and prevention of illness and to facilitate weight loss. I strive to create tailor made diets for clients which will improve their health as well as fitting with their food preferences, purse and lifestyle.
