About Me
I have always been emphatically sensitive and this revealed itself especially during my training in Holistic Massage in 2003. Searching for answers to the phenomena I could sense in my clients led me to the School of Energy Healing which really developed my ability to navigate through the Human Energy Field, sense and remove energetic blockages and thereby helping the body back to equilibrium and health. I have privately practiced shamanic journeying for many years and in 2005 trained as a Shamanic Practitioner so that I could use this ability to help my clients as well. In the intervening years these 3 seemingly different approaches to healing and wellbeing have started to fuse and the result is a synergy which is far greater than the individual components.

Life has also sent me a special teacher in the form of breast cancer, which I have treated successfully with only alternative therapies and have been free from cancer since 2005.


About My Therapy
Energy Healing is a generic term which covers many separate healing techniques. The important aspect is that it is a holistic therapy and threats the whole person, not just the symptoms, which lead to profound changes and personal growth. What To Expect
After an initial interview, the client will lie down on a treatment couch and for the Energy Healing and Shamanic Healing remain fully clothed.  I will always ask permission to touch the body before I start connecting with the clients feet first and gradually work up the energy centers until I reach the top of the head.  One healing session may often include 2 or 3 different techniques.
