I am Tracy Wilcox Physiotherapist, Western Style Acupuncturist, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Clairvoyant Medium, Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I run a successful practice in Weston Super Mare with a large client base extending from Wedmore, Street, Bristol, Clevedon and Taunton.

Due to expanded nature of my business I see a wide varierty of clients ranging from people wishing to be Reiki Attuned through to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The unique aspect of my work is that when you see me I will be using all of my skills to assess you. PHYSIOTHERAPY and ACUPUNCTURE

The variety of conditions treated is large. I specialise in the use of Acupuncture for acute and chronic pain conditions.

SOLUTION FOCUSSED HYPNOTHERAPY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is used to lower anxiety and help you into a solution focussed mode to creat the changes you identify with ease and rapidity. A free CD is always provided. Aspects of CBT and NLP are encorporated into sessions. I do not dwell on your past although the formation or origin of a problem will be explained to how in terms of how the brain works. This includes effects of anxiety, phobic responses, chemical neurotransmitter release, sleep patterns, behavioural templates, and the workings of the Emotional and Intellectual aspects of the brain. My approach in non judgemental, encourages mindfullness and is respectful of your own wisdom. All sessions are entirely confidential.

REIKI THERAPY
As a holistic therapist I often combine Reiki with both Acupuncture and Psychotherapy although many clients wish to have solely Reiki Therapy. The choice is yours. During a Reiki session I may also work on a psychic level and in some cases where appropriate clients may receive spiritual guidance from loved ones who have passed to spirit.

I am a Member of the UK Reiki Federation.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
Level 1 Attunement provides you with the skills to channel Reiki energy for yourself, your friends, family and pets.
Level 2 attunement provides you with the symbols of power, emotional healing and distant healing.

For students wishing to be attuned to Master Teacher level I can work directly to suit you. In my experience it is wise to work this over 2 or 3 separate sessions to allow you time to practice and master the symbols needed for future attunements.

Each attunement comes with a comprehensive package of information including Reiki lineage, meditation techniques, tuition on a wide range of subjects from self healing, psychic awareness, energetic protection, self awareness, and amongst other aspects, detailed practical sessions of sharing and receiving Reiki.

PSYCHIC READINGS AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT
My role in spiritual readings is for support and guidance through present and past issues, to bring certain areas of your life to the forefront of your perception to enable you to move through them with greater ease.

On an energetic level we are all linked and it is through this link that I can be shown certain information about you or those around you. My strongest ability is Clairsentience and this gives me the ability to feel what you or others are feeling on an emotional level.
