In addition to helping with the above conditions, I have extensive experience helping those who have been prescribed Anti-Depressants and Minor Tranquilisers.  Some people manage to withdraw from  tranquilisers and anti-depressants with no problems, whilst others may experience a range of reactions.

About Hycinth


She completed her training in Counselling Psychotherapy in 1999. She has since been providing private counselling to individuals and organisations. She has been working as a Mental Health Practitioner for 17 years, in both counselling and Management within the Statutory and Voluntary Sector.  Her specialist areas, in addition to Hypnotherapy, are supporting people who want to withdraw from using Anti depressants and or Minor Tranquilisers. She has been practicing as a Psychotherapist for many years, whilst running her own private practice in Essex.

 

 



The practice in based within the quite rural surroundings of Essex.
